Diane Codding is a Postdoctoral Scholar at Northwestern University specializing in issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education. Her current work focuses on developing, implementing, and researching professional development for STEM higher education faculty. 

Prior to earning her Ph.D. in sociocultural and community-based approaches in education at the University of Delaware, Codding spent four years teaching English Language Arts at Dover High School in Dover, Delaware.
